These terms apply to your use of the Eata website at https://eata.com.au, operated by Eata. By using the site you agree to them. Use of the Eata platform itself (POS, ordering, kitchen display, driver app and related services) is governed by a separate subscription agreement provided when you sign up.
Information on this site
Product descriptions, plans and prices are provided as a guide and may change. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Payment processing fees charged by your payment provider are separate from Eata plan fees. Hardware availability, rental and purchase terms are confirmed in writing when you order.
Demo requests and enquiries
Submitting a demo request does not create a contract. We will contact you to arrange a demonstration and discuss your requirements. Any agreement to use Eata is made under the subscription agreement.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false or misleading information through the site.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its security or its availability.
- Do not use automated tools to submit forms or scrape content.
Intellectual property
The Eata name, logos, screenshots and content on this site belong to Eata or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of Eata. Any other use requires our written permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites, including the Eata admin portal and app stores. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
